We created The Recipe Club as a credentialed Dietitian and Nutritionist team, and midlife women ourselves, who were fed up with feeling like strangers in our own bodies.

When we finally put protein and fiber at the center of our plates—not perfectly, but consistently—everything shifted: our cravings faded, our brain fog cleared, we had all-day energy, felt balanced in our bodies, and even lost weight. Now we’re sharing what we wish we had years ago: simple, satisfying recipes that make healthy eating in midlife smarter, not harder, without having to diet, eat bland food, or battle constant decision fatigue.
