I'm Carly Knowles—a master's-educated Registered Dietitian with a clinical background in women's health, hormones, weight management, and metabolic conditions like pre-diabetes and diabetes. I work exclusively with women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are tired of generic advice that ignores the reality of a changing body.
